Sausage Sampler
Our Sausage Sampler features a selection of fully cooked, high-quality sausage from four distinct styles of cuisine: an Andouille sausage, which is a coarse-grained, smoked Cajun bratwurst crafted from pork, garlic, pepper, onions, wine and spices; an Italian-style pork sausage seasoned with a spice blend that includes fennel and anise; a mildly sweet chicken apple sausage flavored with a secret spice blend; and a cheddar and jalapeño sausage made with pork, grated cheddar cheese, minced jalapeño, and garlic. This sampler includes four links of each flavor. Cooking Instructions Sausages are fully cooked and only need to be heated through to serve. Can be heated by boiling, baking, pan frying, microwaving, or grilling. Heat for 10-15 minutes until warmed throughout and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
