Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add noodles and chicken. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine soup base packet with 3 tablespoons cold water. Stir with a fork until smooth. Add the soup base mixture to the pot while stirring. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
