If serving cold, remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. • If serving warm, preheat the oven to 275°F. • Remove packaging from ham and discard plastic film, foil, and any bone guard. • Place the ham cut side down in a shallow roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil. • Bake for 15-18 minutes per pound to an internal temperature of 135-145°F.
